Return Policy for Unlocked Secrets
Unlocked Secrets offers a return window starting from a minimum of 7 days up to a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery, consistent with standard Razorpay refund timelines for physical product purchases. Returns must be reported within this period by contacting support@unlockedsecrets.in.
Eligibility & Conditions
The book must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Proof of purchase via Razorpay transaction details is required to process returns.
Damaged or defective books are eligible for return with return shipping covered by Unlocked Secrets.
Returns beyond 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Process
Contact support@unlockedsecrets.in within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return.
Pack the book securely with the purchase invoice and ship it to the provided address.
After inspection, approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay within 5-10 business days.
Exclusions
No returns or refunds on digital versions or downloaded content.
Partial refunds may be offered depending on the book’s condition after return.
